Watch Modding / Maintenance Service

Customers who participate in our Video Watch Assembly Workshop will also become members of the EONIQ Design Club. As a member, you will have the opportunity to purchase personalized EONIQ watches, additional watch parts, and participate in more advanced workshops at a discounted price.

If you wish to modify your watch as an EONIQ Design Club member, you only need to purchase the watch parts separately. With access to our tools, you can freely customize your watch according to your preferences. Similarly, if you encounter any issues with your personalized watch, you can use our tools for free to reassemble the watch.

We also offer free loan of watchmaking tools if needed. For the pricing of watch parts and workshop services, please refer to the PRICE LIST

If you have previously participated in our one-on-one service or watch craftsmanship experience workshop, all watches are assembled by our professional watchmakers, and we generally provide a maintenance service for one to two years (depending on the watch series). For details on what is covered during the maintenance period, please refer to this link.

For watches that have participated in the Video Workshop, where customers assemble the watches themselves and not by our watchmakers, it does not include maintenance. If needed, you can book our repair service, and our colleagues will do their best to assist you. Customers can also reassemble problematic parts themselves, and if no new parts are required, there will be no charge for the reassembly/repair.

We are delighted to provide you with our services, and to ensure the best quality service, please make an online appointment in advance. (Please remember to bring the maintenance card on the appointment day.)
