Watch Modding / Maintenance Service

If you have participated in our Video Watch Assembly Workshop and would like to modify your custom watch, you are welcome to do so. You will only need to purchase the necessary watch parts separately. Additionally, you can freely use our watchmaking tools. If you encounter any issues with your personalized watch, you can also use our tools for free to reassemble it.

If you have previously participated in our one-on-one service or watch craftsmanship experience workshop, all watches are assembled by our professional watchmakers, and we generally provide a maintenance service for one to two years (depending on the watch series).

For watches that have participated in the Video Workshop, where customers assemble the watches themselves and not by our watchmakers, it does not include maintenance. If needed, you can book our repair service, and our colleagues will do their best to assist you. Customers can also reassemble problematic parts themselves, and if no new parts are required, there will be no charge for the reassembly/repair.

We are delighted to provide you with our services, and to ensure the best quality service, please make an online appointment in advance. (Please remember to bring the maintenance card on the appointment day.)

*Please note that we only provide repair services for watches of our brand EONIQ and do not service watches of other brands.
