JOB DUTIES

• Manage day-to-day store operations including inbound management, stock management, storing, and order dispatching on a timely basis. 管理店舖日常運作, 包括一般下單, 庫存管理以及店舖日常管理

• Proactively recommend and implement operational goals, objectives and process improvements.
  協助改善工作流程及庫存模式

• Drive, motivate and lead frontline staffs to achieve successful growth and provide excellent customer services to the end-users
  與同事們一起進步，讓客人有一個良好的製錶體驗

• Motivate and lead the frontline staff to achieve sales target 與前線同事一起達到銷售目標

• Provide watch design advise and offer assistant in watchmaking workshop 提供手錶設計建議，以及在手錶工作坊提供協助

• Prepare monthly & daily operation reports 文書工作，包括每月的銷售報告以及其他店舖文件工作

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Higher Diploma or relevant. 專上學歷或相關專業

• No matter on working experience; preferably in retail, and relevant industry 經驗不拘，有服裝零售經驗及喜歡手錶優先考慮

• Self-motivated and able to work independently. 有上進心，能獨立工作

• Outstanding communication and people skills. 具良好溝通能力

• Good hardworking team worker 勤奮、盡責、有團隊精神

• Good at Cantonese & English (including Chinese typing) 流利廣東話,良好英語能力 (包括中文打字)

• Candidate with less experience would also be considered as Assistant Store Manager 經驗較淺者，可申請為助理店舖經理
